How many bags are in a pouch?
Each resealable pouch contains 28 pyramid tea bags.
How should I brew it?
Steep one bag in 250 ml freshly boiled water for 4–6 minutes. Adjust the time to your taste and enjoy warm or over ice.
Does it contain caffeine?
Day Balance contains green tea and therefore caffeine. Night Calm is formulated as a caffeine-free evening blend.
